Venture Lab NEXT

The UC Venture Lab NEXT Accelerator is an eight-week cohort program designed for select student ventures, guiding them to achieve product-market fit through focused mentorship, collaborative learning and guest speaker insights. Participants will receive $10,000 in nondilutive funding to grow their businesses.

Program Format

  • Cohort meetings: Every Tuesday, with group discussions and guest speakers
  • Mentorship meetings: Curated mentorship sessions during at least four weeks
  • Weekly progress updates: Teams are expected to provide updates on progress
  • Staff check-ins: Three individual meetings with Venture Lab staff to review milestones
