About

Welcome to a hub of discovery, invention and collaboration — a place where entrepreneurial dreams rise and authentic connections are formed. The 1819 Innovation Hub was established at the University of Cincinnati to enable today’s leading makers and doers to perform their best work: developing what’s next.

Our Purpose

As Cincinnati’s leading nexus of industry and academia, the 1819 Innovation Hub stands as the front door of the Cincinnati Innovation District. Here, students and business titans come together to network, collaborate on campaigns, pursue mentorship opportunities and drive startup growth through incubation and acceleration programs.

Driving Innovation

The 1819 Innovation Hub is more than a building; it’s a reflection of our institution's historical contributions and a glimpse into its impactful future. Come witness innovation in action and you’ll discover why 1819 is Where Next Happens.
